“Change Your Life For The Better”

I had spent 6 months on various diets without losing a single kg (for very long anyways) so I decided to go to an expert in nutrition. Anne spoke to me at length about my goals, my knowledge of food and how it affects my body. After realising I knew nothing about nutrition, she suggested a 12-week program in which I would learn about food, my body and as a consequence lose weight.

It has completely changed my life and I wish I could share my knowledge (Anne’s knowledge really!) With everyone out there struggling with weight issues.
