- 1 small beetroot
- 1 celery stalk
- ¼ cucumber
- A handful of fresh Coriander
- 1 unwaxed fresh lemon
- 1 small pear
- 1 tablespoon pea protein powder
- 1 tablespoon Bee pollen
- ¾ litres of Filtered water
- Add beetroot, celery, cucumber, zest of fresh lemon, pear, coriander into a high-speed blender
- Add the filtered water.
- Blend everything till a fluid consistency is reached, add more water if needed
- Cut up fresh lemon and squeeze juice into liquid and stir
- Garnish with the bee pollen and enjoy!
